Control Type UN/CEFACT code list.
How a recognized entity controls a registration recorded against it. A register records things: a business register records the entity itself, while a land, vessel or trademark register records something the entity holds. This states which relationship applies, so that a verifier reading a registration knows whether the subject is the registered thing or its controller.
