| Conditional | conditional | The assessed subject met the criterion subject to stated conditions or corrective actions. |
| Fail | fail | The assessed subject did not meet the criterion. |
| Indeterminate | indeterminate | The assessment could not reach a conclusion, for example because the evidence required was unavailable. |
| Pass | pass | The assessed subject met the criterion. |
