A code for the type of the conformity attestation. Note: the conformity attestation has a broader intent than the ISO/IEC 17000 term 'attestation' (which refers to the issuance of statements of conformity); the list therefore includes conformity assessment activities (ISO/IEC 17000:2020 Clause 4.1 Note 3) that contribute to conformity assessment without necessarily producing a statement of conformity.
