VocabTransportEvententity
A punctual transport occurrence at a transport call — arrival, departure, loading or discharge — planned, estimated or actual. It specialises the core Event: time, classifier, responsible party, subject and type come from Event, while atCall links it to the stop in the movement's itinerary where it occurs. Scheduled and actual times are both recorded as events (via eventClassifier), so the call itself carries no time.
